Parks, Recreation and Culture Strategic Master Plan

The Township of Scugog developed a new Parks, Recreation and Culture Strategic Master Plan. 

Sierra Planning and Management was retained to lead the development of the new Strategic Master Plan. The plan will guide future municipal investment in parks, recreation and culture programs, services and facilities over the next 10 years.
