Lost and Found Pets

Call 905-985-9547 to report your lost pet. You need the following information to make a report:

• Your name, address and telephone number 
• Where you lost your pet
• Breed of your pet
• Colour and gender of your pet
• Tag numbers, if your pet has any
• Details about collars or tattoos, if your pet has any
• Description of any special markings or features, if your pet has any

Animal Licenses

Having a current animal license or ID tag on your pet will help us find them., if they get lost. If you have registered with DocuPet, you can login to your DocuPet profile and report your pet lost using the red button. An email will go out to community members letting them know how they can help.

Found Pets

If you find a lost pet, call 905-985-9547 to report it. You need the following information to report a found pet:

• Your name, address and telephone number
• Where you found the animal
• Breed of animal 
• Colour of the animal
• Gender of the animal, if known
• Detail about any special markings or features, if the animal has any
• Tag numbers, if the animal has any
• Details about collars or tattoos, if the pet has any obvious markings
