$11 thousand dollars raised for the Scugog Shores Museum Village through 54th annual Canoe the Nonquon

On Saturday, June 1, 2024, the Scugog Shores Museum hosted the 54th annual Canoe the Nonquon event.

Participants of all ages and abilities paddled the course of the twisty Nonquon River. A total of 143 participants in 96 vessels joined the race this year.

This annual event is a fundraiser for the Scugog Shores Museum Village and through sponsorships, donations, merchandise sales and pledges, the event raised $11,000.00 for the Scugog Shores Museum Village. Thank you to the Scugog community for supporting this event!
