Canada Day Road and Parking Lot Closures

Please be advised there will be various road closures and parking lot adjustments for our 2024 Canada Day celebrations and Vettes for Vets parade.

Road closures for the day are as follows:

• Water Street from Mary to Queen: 7am to 11pm
• Water Street from Mary to Casimir: 7am to 4pm
• Queen Street from Ottawa to Simcoe: 7 to 11:30am
• Queen Street from Simcoe to Water: 7 to 11:30am
• Ottawa Street from Queen to McDonald: 7 to 11:30am
• McDonald Street from Ottawa to Rosa: 7 to 11:30am
• Rosa Street from Queen to McDonald: 7 to 11:30am

The following parking lots will also see closures/adjustments during the day:

• Vos’ Independent Grocers Parking Lot (east side): 5 to 11pm
• Lot 3 (Palmer Park): 7am to 11pm
• Latcham Centre Parking Lot will be temporarily designated as an accessible lot. All spots between the Old Mill and Latcham Centre will require an accessible permit.

Our Municipal Office, Fire Administration Office, and Arena will also be closed for the full day.

Please keep these closures in mind when in the area. We recommend viewing our Parking Lot Map before visiting to ensure you are aware of all open lots.
