Filming Notification

Please see below the filming notification from NE Way Home Productions:

The Way Home original primetime TV series is returning for season 2 again on the Hallmark Channel. This story follows the lives of three generations of women within the Landry family of Port Haven, in a heartfelt family drama with a twist of time travel.

We will be filming INTERIOR and/or EXTERIOR scenes at
139 Queen Street & Palmer Park

• Prep: Thur, Sep 28th, 29th, Oct 2nd - 7AM to 7PM
• Filming: Tues, Oct 3rd, 4th, 5th - 10AM

Our production vehicles and various pieces of film equipment will be located on:

• Latcham Center Lot located at 121 Queen St, Port Perry, ON L9L 1B8
• Scugog Lot 3 located at 116 Water St, Port Perry, ON L9L 1R2 (Partial occupation; Public parking will still be available)
• Scugog Lot 5 located at 204 Water St, Port Perry, ON L9L 1B8 (Partial occupation; Public parking will still be available)
• East side of Water St between Queen St and North St
• East side of Water St between Mary St and Queen St
• Lighting Lift Position - North side of Mary St between Water St and Perry St/ on private property
  ***ONLY WHEN REQUIRED***

We will begin reserving the above areas with cones on Sunday, October 1st at 7PM,
with vehicles arriving Monday, Oct 2nd at 11PM, and departing Thur, Oct 5th by 2 AM.

During filming we may have intermittent traffic stoppages on:

• Intersection of Queen St and Water St (Oct 3 12:00 pm - 12:00 am)
• Intersection of Queen St and Water St (Oct 5 12:00 pm - 12:00 am)

During filming we may have the following activities taking place:

• Farmers Market - Tents set up in Palmers Park
• Boat Scene - Boat Parked at public Dock
• Walk & Talk - Across Intersection of Water St & Queen St
• Heritage Celebration - Picture Vehicles, and tents around Gazebo of Palmers Park
• Lighting Lift Position - North side of Mary St between Water St and Perry St/ on private property
• Atmosphere - Inside the set of “Point Cafe”

**ALL BUSINESSES ON QUEEN STREET WILL REMAIN OPEN TO THE PUBLIC**

ANY INTERMITTENT TRAFFIC STOPPAGES/CONTROL will be conducted under the safe supervision of the Durham
Regional Police or Certified Book 7 Flagman***
