Notice of Addendum to the Council meeting agenda for Monday, September 23, 2024
Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will publish a first addendum to the Council meeting agenda for Monday, September 23, 2024. On this addendum will be the following delegations:
- David Medhurst, Avenu Properties
- Bruce Hall, Avenu Properties
- Representative from Archaeological Assessment Ltd.
- Andrew Biggart, Ketcheson, Hart & Biggart
- Representative from Miller Thompson
These delegates will be providing new information to Council in regard to the request from Avenu Properties. This addendum, along with the delegation request forms, will be published and available for the public to view shortly on Friday, September 20, 2024.
The public also has the opportunity to submit delegation requests for the Monday Council meeting to be included in a subsequent addendum to be issued on Friday, September 20, 2024. Please note, those who have already spoken to the matter must be providing Council with new information. Requests must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024, for inclusion on the subsequent addendum. Further, the Council chambers located at 181 Perry Street has a fire code occupancy of 100. Rules of decorum and meeting etiquette must be followed. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be livestreamed and available at Scugog.ca/council.
