Notice of Time Change to the scheduled Regular Council Meeting of Monday, June 26, 2023

Please take notice that; the previously scheduled Regular Council meeting of Monday, June 26, 2023, originally scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM, has had a secondary time change due to an addendum to the agenda which includes;

• A confidential report regarding the CUPE negotiations, which will be included in the closed session agenda, clause
• Two (2) delegations to be added to the open session from Scugog for the Arts and Birchwood Luxury Camping
• A report regarding Blackstock Arena Operations for the 2023-2024 sesason, which will be included in the open session

Closed session will begin at 2:00 PM, followed by open session beginning at 3:00 PM rather than 4:00 PM as previously advertised.

It is anticipated that Council will break for a 30 minute recess at 6:00 PM.

The meeting agenda will be available online Friday, June 23, 2023, through the Council meeting schedule, at scugog.ca/council
