Scugog Sports Hall of Fame 2025 Ceremonies

Scugog – The Scugog Sports Hall of Fame Ceremonies are returning this year! These ceremonies are held to celebrate and preserve the rich sporting history in Scugog, while recognizing the individuals who have contributed to our sport legacy. This year’s ceremonies will see the following athletes and builders inducted into the Scugog Sports Hall of Fame:

• Builder: Leanne Ashbridge, Port Perry Minor Ball President and Scugog Sports Hall of Fame Committee Chair
• Individual: Jack Owen, Multi-Sport Athlete
• Team: Port Perry Ladies Minor Softball Team, 1973 PWSA Provincial Champions

This FREE event will be held at the Scugog Community Recreation Centre, 1655 Reach Street, on Thursday, April 24, at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm). There is no registration required; come by and show your support for these local athletes!
