Township of Scugog Planning and Community Affairs Committee Meeting to be held Monday, September 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Scugog Community Recreation Centre

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will hold the September 16, 2024, Planning and Community Affairs Committee (PCA) Meeting at the Scugog Community Recreation Centre in Port Perry, at 6:30 p.m., instead of Council Chambers due to expected attendance. 

The following matter will be considered at the PCA Meeting:

• Ministers Zoning Order (MZO) Request from Avenu Properties – South of Castle Harbour Drive

The agenda will be published and available for the public to view through the Scugog website as of Thursday, September 12, 2024. 

Please note, this meeting will be open to the public, with first come first served seating. The room occupancy of approximately 400 people will be enforced. 

The meeting will be recorded and published to the Township of Scugog’s website for a later broadcast.

When: Monday, September 16, 2024, doors open 6:00 p.m. 
Where: Scugog Community Recreation Centre, Community Hall, 1655 Reach Street, Port Perry ON.
