Virtual Public Meeting on February 21, 2023 at 6:30 PM

A Planning Act public meeting will be held virtually for an application to amend Zoning By-law 14-14 (File: Z/09/2022) submitted by Wanlong Real Estate Development Ltd. for certain lands on the north side of Scugog Line 6 and south of Reach Industrial Park Road. The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to redefine portions of the Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to Prestige Industrial and General Industrial Zones, and to permit an automobile storage yard as an additional permitted use in a proposed General Industrial Special Exception (M2-X) Zone in the northwest area of the subject site.

Members of the public can watch the meeting live at 6:30 pm on February 21, 2023 or a video following the meeting via the Council and Committee calendar page on the Township’s website. https://www.scugog.ca/en/township-office/council-committee-calendar.aspx

Should you wish to provide comments or ask questions at the virtual public meeting on the proposed application, please contact the Clerks office at clerks@scugog.ca or 905.985.7346 ext. 118 by 4:30PM on Friday, February 17, 2023 to be added to the list of delegations.
