Weight Restrictions Remain in Effect until May 1, 2023

Weight Restrictions still in effect on Scugog roads – Will be lifted May 1, 2023.

Weight restriction regulations are in effect on Township of Scugog roads typically March 1 to May 31 each year. Weather conditions determine the actual end to the enforcement season.

The Township of Scugog has set a removal date of May 1, 2023.  Please continue to watch our website and social platforms for the most up to date information. 

Vehicle loads are restricted to a maximum of FIVE TONNES per axle, in accordance with the Township of Scugog Traffic By-law.
